    I lived at SteepleChase Apartments when they first opened up, and were just building into the community that I now live in. It took awhile, but with hard work, and dedication from the leaders of our wonderful community, I've watched SteepleChase blossom into a family oriented, well balanced way of life! I moved away for about a year, and when I moved back it was like coming "home". I've now lived here about four more years. The staff at SteepleChase treat us all like family, and work hard to encourage community activities that we can all enjoy as a group, and get to know one another. It's nice knowing they are there for me, and I'm sure others feel the same way. The apartments are very large, well kept, and nicely maintained inside and out. The landscaping is beautiful, and it's always a pleasure to walk outside and see how beautiful my home environment is. We have a beautiful park area for our children to play in, and the added bonus is the swimming pool! There are sidewalks for walking, jogging, etc, which makes it nice for getting out and exercising. They even have an onsite laundry ready and available for my use at any time, in case you don't have your own in your apartment. Being a part of this wonderful family community has been a blessing for my family and I. Every single day I find even more to love about life here. I'd love to thank the wonderful staff of SteepleChase for everything they do, and all their hard work. Where else can you live that your babies get off the school bus and are greeted at the office with hot popcorn many many times throughout the year!     For almost 4 years my family and I have considered Steeplechase "home". My children have essentially grown up here, it holds many happy memories for each of us. So, it is with a certain sadness, I regretably inform you that due to health issues with one of my children it is necessary for us to relocate. August 19th 2007 will be the final day that we will be calling SteepleChase "home". Each of you have contributed much to make SteepleChase such an exceptional community I've had the pleasure to call home. To each of you, I thank you!!     Dear Mrs. Sheldon: Thank you for your reminder to renew my rental lease agreement. My experience with you and your staff is superb and rates high professionalism. You and all your staff have made me feel safe and secure for the past seven and one-half years. Unfortunately, I must decline the offer to renew my rental lease agreement. I am giving written notification regarding my apartment. The effective date is January 21, 2010, I will be moving on the expiration date of my rental lease agreement, which is February 28, 2010. I will place my keys in the drop box since it will be a Saturday. If you have papers for me to sign, please call me. I have enjoyed the years I have lived here. I hope to return in the future to live. Please tell Tanya I will miss her kindness and caring for all the years. I will be moving to my elderly parent's home to care for them and their disabilities. They are eighty and eighty-five years old. They are unable to stay by themselves. I am very fortunate to have both of my parents still living. They are so kind and caring. I guess God has a reason for my recent empty nest, now that my three sons have moved. Please keep me in your prayers. In addition, remember Jacob-he is in Afghanistan-he just returned last May from Iraq. My stress is high right now. However, I know I can make it through all the waves in life. It could be worse.     Angelina Cearns and Andrea Clark:
    We are regretful to say that we are officially giving a 30 days notice of intent to vacate. You have all made us feel welcome, and safe. We appreciate everything you have done for us, but it is time for us to move on to our new permanent home. We have received our letter of guarantee for our new home, and will be signing our closing papers April 2, 2010. Thirty Days from then we will be moved. We are proud to say that we have resided at SteepleChase Apartments, and hope that we have fulfilled our duties as tenants as well as you fulfilled your duties as a management staff.
